PROJECT BRIEF
Design a full book jacket cover for In Persuation Nation Stories that  incorporate elements of satire and science fiction and deals with themes of discontent in turn-of-the-millennium America.

CLIENT
The Penguin Publishing Group is one of the leading trade book publishers in the United States, comprised of imprints with a long and rich history dating back to the nineteenth century.

George Sauders strives to reveal the comic nightmare of life in comtemporary America. His love for satirizing brands is his writing style and has become his brand. As a satirist, he made the buying and selling of packaged experience a target of his bitter wit.

CONCEPT
Explore discontent in a surreal way by combining a popped pill casing, and static smiling figure of a smiling man.
