Overview
Led the creation of a Digital Bookshelf — a touchscreen station on campus where students could quickly look through digital versions of brochures, flyers, and catalogs. People could use the screen or scan a QR code to see everything on their phones. It made sharing information easier, cheaper, and more modern, while also letting students refer friends through a built-in form.
Role: Creative Director | Presentation Designer | UX Strategist
What I Made:
Designed and set up the touchscreen display
Created QR code signs for busy areas around campus
Designed the digital browsing system for all brochures and program info
Added a referral form that connects to the school’s contact system
Made sure the design matched the school’s colors and branding
Results:
Cut down on paper printing by 42% in one semester
Got over 1,100 QR scans in the first 60 days
22% of new leads came from students sharing the form with friends
Made it fun and easy for students to explore programs on their own
